My Approach

My work integrates trauma-informed counselling, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), somatic and attachment-focused approaches, emotional regulation, mindfulness, and compassionate presence.
Rather than focusing on what is wrong, we focus on understanding your experiences, strengthening your internal resources, and supporting meaningful change.
